The nightmare of collecting entries and monies for swimming galas is what led to us being asked by a Swim England regional official in 2018 to design and produce a totally independent platform for host clubs to use, saving them hours of administration time, and hopefully not costing too much either.

Our solution? Gala Organiser - An unrivalled platform, fully compatible and to be used in conjunction with both SportSystems and Hy-Tek Meet Manager systems that is now being used by an ever-increasing number of UK host swim clubs to enable quick and easy invitation, entry and payment collection for all, including clubs, individual swimmers, coach passes, spectator tickets etc. 

Reports abound, send out emails with your own club logo and with payments enabled via Stripe and now GoCardless affiliated for instant payments, things couldn't be easier.

The cost to the host club? Nothing, if you add just a few pence (4-10p on average), to each swimmers' entry fee, as that will then cover the purchase price of the meet credit, and if you bulk buy credits, they cost less too! 1 credit = £100, 5 = £460, 10 = £900 and 20=£1,720. Credits DO NOT have an expiry date, so you can keep them and use them whenever you want to.

It truly is a win-win situation and to quote a recent club contact, Rebecca at CCSC who we'd been helping to get her club entries sorted for an external gala they were attending at another club (who don't use Club or Gala Organiser) -
