At Club Organiser, our aim is to give all users, whether club officials or members, a 1st Class Service and be the best, value for money, swim club management administrative system in the UK.
Paul, who is the lead product developer and director has an IT Manager and Software Developer history that spans over 30 years mostly working for one of the UK's largest and best known Insurance Providers. Caryn comes from an Event Management and Customer Services background in the hospitality industry, and ran a class based franchise business for 7 years whilst her 2 daughters were young.
We both have had previous personal experience of being on Swimming Club committees as well as coaching, time official and membership secretarial roles. These skills combined give them the winning combination to provide what clubs need as well as the personal, caring touch to listen and do the best we possibly can for all our user clubs and their members, taking some of the stress out of what should be an enjoyable (often voluntary), experience.
Our involvement within the Swimming Club world, not just as parents, but also as swimmers and committee members made us realise there was a need for better organisation skills and communication within the swimming world as a whole, especially within growing clubs, and this led to us designing and developing Club Organiser with the ethos of, first and foremost, keeping it affordable for smaller clubs as well as sophisticated enough for bigger, more competitive clubs.
