1. Enter the Club Event details under Extras e.g. Quiz Night, start and end date, book by date, payment amount if applicable, select attendees and whether members can view
  2. Click to 'Add the event'
  3. Select Payment type, cost details and confirm

Your event is set up and you can start taking payments

 

You can also set up Club Invitations that need an RSVP...

  1. Set up invitations to events that need an RSVP by sections/squads or individuals
  2. Send out Yes / No emails for swimmers to reply to. Invites also show on a members' dashboard
  3. View attendance stats to know who's RSVP'd
