Club Organiser is a family business - born from a desire to help improve communication amongst clubs and their members.
We are Paul, Caryn, Dani and Katie - otherwise know as The Club Organiser Team
To introduce ourselves properly, we (Paul and Caryn) are proud parents to Dani, ex competitive swimmer (Nationals at age 11) and more recently, U17’s GB Girls Water Polo Player (and joint top GB goal scorer) in the 1st European Games which were held in Baku in June 2015.
Our involvement with the Swimming Club world as both parents and committee members back when Dani first joined, and subsequently when Caryn was the Club Membership Secretary and an Assistant WP Coach at Dani’s primary club, made us realise there was a need for better organisation skills and communication within the swimming world as a whole, especially within growing clubs, and this led to us designing and developing Club Organiser. (Since launching the business in 2011 we’ve been signed by Community Sports Associations and Sailing Clubs as well as Swim Clubs, proving that this software is adaptable and user friendly.)
Paul is an IT Programmer and Developer with 30 years experience, and Caryn comes from an Event Management and Customer Services background in the hotel industry. Dani assists with the Social Media side of the business, whilst Katie is our YouTube ’go to’ and pretty handy when it comes to artwork too!
We believe 100% in good, old fashioned customer service, honesty and value for money - all of which are reflected in the Club Organiser ethos.
As a growing business, we’re constantly improving the system, and are happy to offer the opportunity to explore any bespoke requirements that a different sport might require, so don’t be shy - get in touch and ask any questions you may have.
