This easy to use system is available at a minimal cost to you and your club - we've kept the price low to help everyone, but especially those small clubs who have very small budgets and few helpers. Should you feel you need additional help to get started, we are happy to help. Individual help options and prices are shown below under Optional Extras, but you can call or email us to discuss your specific requirements and we'll help you build your own Starter Package if that's preferable.
One price for all, so no confusing options - you simply get everything that Club Organiser has to offer for just £14.95 per month *, with easy payment options by Direct Debit (GoCardless), Standing Order and Stripe (Regular payments by Credit/Debit Card).
If choosing to pay by Direct Debit or Stripe, then you will be required to set up your payment details as part of the Club Registration process. The first payment will be taken by Direct Debit or Stripe one month after initial sign up, therefore giving you one month's free use of Club Organiser. If choosing to pay by standing order, you will simply need to set up your first payment date as one month hence as instructed on the set-up page.
In the unlikely event that you decide not to continue using Club Organiser, simply cancel your Direct Debit mandate, or your bank (ensuring you give them sufficient notice), and no payments will be taken/made. If you chose to pay by Stripe (credit/debit card) then we will cancel your subscription for you.
* Please note the monthly charge includes a maximum of 4000 free club emails per month being sent using the bulk email option. In the event of this maximum being exceeded by your club, a charge of £5.00 per additional 1000 emails per month, or part thereof, will be levied.
** Also note the monthly charge includes a file storage area of 512MB to store your club's files and documents. In the event that your club requires more storage space, a charge of £1.00 per additional 512MB block of storage per month will be levied.
The system is very easy to use, and full instructions are given on the various pages. For those of you who would prefer us to do the initial set-up for your club we offer a full start up package which includes: Member Upload, Section Creation, a 90 minute in-house workshop at your venue covering Q&A from your volunteers, fixture/gala set up help and any other club specific queries you may have - £175.00 plus mileage at 45p per mile and accommodation charge if overnight travel required.
However, for those of you who feel able to do some set up but may require a little help a breakdown of charges for assistance is shown below. Telephone and email assistance is of course available anytime, free of charge.
...to attend a workshop for committee members/users at a mutually convenient time, £55.00 for up to 90 minutes.(additional charges apply if overnight stay/travel costs for workshop are incurred). This can also be arranged as an online training session using Zoom.
...to upload your existing membership list - £50.00 for the first 500 members then an additional £5.00 per 100 members or part thereof (assuming no data reformatting required, otherwise £15.00 an hour additional charge to reformat as necessary)
...to upload your existing member's times - £20.00 per 100 members or part thereof.
...to create templates for your club's existing documents and upload them into the Club Organiser system - £10.00 per document.
...to update your Stripe account for use with the Club Organiser system - £10.00.
...to update your GoCardless account for use with the Club Organiser system - £10.00.
...to send SMS messages - 8p per mobile number messaged (cost added to your next monthly invoice) N.B. Any SMS messages sent during the free trial period will be chargeable.
...to 'tweak' the Club Organiser system and add additional benefits specific to your club, requiring programming and design, £25.00 per hour.
...to recover members deleted in error - £5.00 per reinstatement.
